After Wunnferth talks about Quarter District, you go to that place at night. When you are in Stone Quarter, you see the four non-players character- Jora, Arivanya, Nilsine, and Hermir.

After sometimes you also notice the Calixto with a knife. He says he is the butcher of Windhelm but guards do not react to that.

Kill Calixto Corrium

If you fail to kill Calixto then he kills the victim and he ran out from that place to Hajerim.
